Furry Friends Welcome!
Pet-Friendly Living

101 Depot knows that furry friends are just as much part of the family as anyone and that's why we are happy to be a pet-friendly property. A leash-free pet park and pet spa are among the amenities to make your four-legged loved ones as comfortable as you.

Pet Fees are $350.00 for the 1st pet, $250.00 for the second pet. The monthly pet rent is $25.00. 2 Pet limit. NO weight restrictions.

Pets will be subject to visual inspections. Resident(s) agree to comply with all community policies and will be required to sign a separate Animal Addendum. No aggressive breeds will be accepted.

Breed, size, weight and number limitations and fee and deposit requirements will not apply to assistance animals.
